My family of 2 adults and 5yo child would prefer a studio apartment but willing to live in a room or camper or whatever, as long as it is liveable.
We would like to purchase our own property as soon as possible and are looking to stay somewhere short-term so we can save money for our down payment. Either myself or my fiance can assist with any and almost all tasks. Our child will be with me at all times, as she is home schooled. My fiance works m-f and could assist on the wkends.
